Refund and Return Policy
We do not except nor refund products that have been used.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt. Returning your order is at your own expense; we don't cover return costs.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
- Email our customer service team at hello@scottisphere.com. Please mention your order details. This email has to be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt. We’ll send you a return form which needs to be included to your shipment.
- After receiving the return from, the customer has 5 days to choose a courier of their liking and send the shipment back to SCOTTI HQ.
- As soon as we have received the return, the item(s) will go through a quality control check.
- Once the return has been accepted, all succesfully returned items will be credited tot the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification ones the refund has been initiated.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Returns without a return form will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The soles may not show any signs of wear. Please be mindful when trying on the products at home. Returns that have been worn, stained, damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted, and may be sent back to your expense. If the item(s) show any signs of wear, we consider the item(s) as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.
SCOTTI will refund the amount of the returned item(s) within 14 days of receiving them back to our warehouse.
Exchanges
It is not possible to make an exchange. If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or style, please do so by placing a new order on our webshop and then return the wrong size or style to the address below.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
